Small dogs (short-haired) for short periods, by prior agreement with the manager
Well-behaved, non-aggressive and quiet; must be kept on a leash and have a valid health record.
Pets are not allowed on beds and cannot be left alone in the property; they should stay with their owners at all times. Access to common areas is prohibited.
Security deposit for potential damage caused by pets: €40.00
Terms and Conditions of Stay
If breakfast is included, it will be served from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM
A tourist tax is applicable
Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days
Additional change of bed linen or towels, if requested, will cost €10.00 each.
Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. To allow cleaning, it is recommended to vacate the rooms by 10:00 AM.
Final cleaning is included in the price
Additional room cleaning, if requested, will cost €20.00
Cooking is not allowed in the rooms
No outside guests are allowed in the rooms/apartments
Cancellation Policy
Credit card required as a guarantee:
The cancellation fee varies depending on when the cancellation is made
- From the time of booking until 7 days before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged
- From 6 to 4 days before arrival, the penalty will be 50% of the total amount of the stay
- From 3 to 1 days before arrival, the penalty will be 100% of the total amount of the stay
- In case of no-show, or cancellation on the day of arrival, the penalty will be 100% of the total amount of the stay
Refundable deposit:
Reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days before check-in. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will be retained.
